If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.

Our Refund Policy covers the following situations:

Product Damaged or Defective:
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will either provide a replacement product or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Product:
If we shipped the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will either provide a replacement product or issue a full refund.

Dissatisfaction with the Product:
If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will issue a full refund, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order at any time before the shipment of the product. Once the product has been shipped, the refund will be initiated as per the above policies.

Refund Method:
We will initiate a refund using the same payment method that was used to purchase the product. The refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete.

Exceptions:
The refund policy does not apply to customized products or products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged. At Encore Biomedicals, we value our customers' satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve any issues that may arise.
